Indian Patent office published the Revised Guidelines for Examination of Computer-related Inventions (CRIs) on 30th June, 2017. Regarding this CRIs Guidelines, the IPO have received many arguments and reports published by office order No. 11 of 2016, dated 19/02/2016 and they set up an Expert committee for examining the reports and arguments. In view of the arguments and replies, the new improved guidelines are now published.
