Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade marks has announced the various Guidelines for Examination of Computer Related Inventions (CRIs) including Statutory amendments, Various Categories of Claims concerning Computer related Inventions, Examination procedure, Form and Substance, Mean plus function, Computer related inventions in the field of Bioinformatics, Bio-technology and flow chart showing procedures of examination of computer related inventions.
